In addition to this, you shall be subject to the operating rules/policies applicable to the membership plans on https://www.a-zvirtual.com/  which may be posted from time to time. Do not continue to use AtoZ Virtual if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of the User Agreement.

By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you are also agreeing to the terms of AtoZ Virtual’s Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable.

Limitation of Liability

AtoZ Vitrual assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in this site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the site. We are also not responsible for any loss attributed to our failure to provide timely reminders to our users. In no event shall AtoZ Vitrual or any third party providers or distributors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or damages, including, but not limited to, any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with

AtoZ Virtual may terminate this Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not effect any right to relief to which Sunday may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to AtoZ Virtual as applicable.

 

Proprietory Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary rights and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other associated laws. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the web interface or via email or telephone / fax access numbers that may be provided by AtoZ Virtual for use in accessing the services.

Applicable Laws

You agree and submit yourself to the jurisdictional statutes and laws of India, without regard to the conflicts of law principles, will govern all matters relating to this TOU or to your use of the Site. Those who choose to access the Site shall be doing so on their own initiative and shall be solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Disputes

If a dispute arises between you and AtoZ Virtual please contact us first. Our goal is to learn about and address your concerns and, if we are unable to do so to your satisfaction, to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Disputes between you and AtoZ Virtual regarding our services may be reported to customer service online through AtoZ Virtual’s help center at any time.

Attorney's Fees

If AtoZ Virtual takes any action to enforce this Agreement, Sunday will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees, costs, and any cost of arbitration, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.

Waiver

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Termination

AtoZ Virtual may terminate this Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not effect any right to relief to which AtoZ Virtual may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to AtoZ Virtual as applicable.

Assignment

You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

Modification

AtoZ Virtual may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

Severability

These terms and conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

This Agreement is in person to person basis and is non-transferable, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to any third party on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to contact us concerning any matter relating to this cancellation/refund policy, you may send an email to contact@a-zvirtual.com. Requests received later than 5 business days after delivering the service will not be considered.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide the best suitable solutions for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund.

A refund will not be applicable when raised after 5 days of the projects/service delivered. After the delivery of projects, a 5-days period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.
