Founded in the year 2020 by Shreedharan Nadar, AtoZ VirtuaL has come a long way from its beginning in a bar shed. When Shreedharan first started out, his passion for "time saving Virtual Assistance and administration services" drove him to quit his job and to do tons of research and to work day and night so that AtoZ Virtual can offer you the world's most advanced administrative and  Virtual Assistance service. We now serve clients all over the world, and are thrilled that we were able to turn our passion into our own venture.

General Manager (Europe)

Racheal Olagunju 
General Manager (Africa)

She worked in the BPO industry for about 15 years which gave her the confidence to speak and write the English language. She is also multitalented and well versed in understanding cultural differences since she worked for American and British clients. She took inbound calls for several years which contributed to her knowledge in terms of mastering her speaking proficiency. A few years after doing interactions via calls, she was promoted to a Quality Analyst. This built her analytical thinking skills. Evaluating and monitoring calls boost her reliability. Being an Analyst,  helped her become determined to gain trust both from the employees and clients, as this means that there shouldn't be any biases while doing the evaluation. 3 years after becoming an Analyst, she was then promoted as a Team Leader. This was her greatest breakthrough, as the job required handling a team, doing admin tasks, and taking escalation calls. Multi-tasking is her cup of tea, as she had to shift from doing reports to solving escalated calls to coaching and attending meetings.

Racheal Olagunju is self-driven to achieving huge goals and finding the gaps and innovative ways to serve customer needs. She has 5 years of working experience ranging from business management, team management, digital marketing, customer management, and relationship. During these years, she has Learned, accomplished, excelled at so many projects. Racheal is an expert on team motivation and has been recognized through a series of recommendations.
She believes in team collaboration, persuasiveness, and motivation in achieving goals.
In Racheal’s downtime, she enjoys surfing the web and reading. She's convenient working virtually and providing global assistance.



 Nishi Kashyap

Nishi is dedicated, innovative, resourceful professional with a proactive attitude. She is capable of thinking in and out of box and challenge meeting business goals. She has high coordination with team and managing the facilities. Multitasker and likes to engage in challenging activities. She is greatly business minded and always keen for learning and expanding her knowledge. Her interest is in designing and writing. She manages and performs all the assigned responsibilities on time and keeps environment healthy.
