We don’t have any other hidden charges in any of our plans. You have to pay only what you have searched for on our website and what you want to get.

Is my payment secured? What payment gateway do you use?
The payment is totally secured and we have various options. You can pay through credit card, debit card, UPI. id, Paytm, Phone pay

Do you have an hourly rate?
Yes, we charge a very reasonable rate of $7.5/hour which can be negotiated.

I want to try out AtoZ Virtual without paying yet. How can I do that? 
You can try out our services by opting Trial plan. Only a minimum activation fee of Rs. 50/- is required to avoid spam.

Do you have smaller pricing strategies of less than 10 hours?
We can negotiate according to the plan. The services are for everyone and will be adjusted according to the tasks provided.

How can I make payment?

All our payments are received via PayPal only. Sign up for a PayPal account and you're good to go.


What if I need more hours?
There is no problem with more hours. You can always purchase more hours at any time you like. Just you have to inform that before.

Can I track the hours my virtual assistant spends?
We have an account manager and excellent tracking software that would monitor and update the status and time that is spent by a VA.

What is your refund policy?
We endeavor to satisfy and meet the expectation of every single client. However, once your payment is processed we do not grant any refunds.

Can you handle scheduling?
Of course. We will schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage your Google Calendar for you. You just have to grant access and all things will be done by us.

What are your office hours?
We are opened 24/7 for 365 days a year. Irrespective of any holiday, our executives are always trained to give our clients first priority.

Can I do a weekly meeting with you?
Yes, we would be glad about that. You can do a weekly or even daily meeting with us like you do with your in-house employee.

Can I add other people to my account?

How safe is my data?
Your confidential information is safe with us. Only the authorized person with proper rights will have access to this information. You can be rest assured that your data is secure with us and under no circumstance, we will share your information with anyone.

Do you train your employees?
We don't directly train our employees, as most of them are from professional backgrounds and have the requisite skills to perform your tasks. All our employees have up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies popularly used today. However, if you may need to train them as to how your business works and the techniques you use in your work sphere. Give a demo to our employees on what his/their tasks will be like, and how to perform them which could be beneficial for them to work as you wish.

How do you ensure quality control?
All your tasks are strictly monitored by the account manager. He/she keeps a keen eye on your tasks and delegates them to the best possible employee with the prerequisite to complete it and to make your process smooth running.

What if I am not happy with the current VA?
You can always reach your Account Manager and discuss any concerns that you might have if you are not happy with the current VA. We can always assign you a new VA if needed.

Can I cancel my service at any time?
There are no contracts and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service any time before your next billing cycle.

Can you help with travel plans?
Yes! From itinerary planning, flight/hotel bookings to planning and scheduling meetings at the desired destination and providing timely travel plan reminders, we can handle all travel-related tasks.



What happens if I go over my allotted hours?
You will be notified if such cases occur and we will be discussing it with your Account Manager.

How do I keep track of my hours?
You will be sent a task report on a daily basis at the end of the shift with the name of the project that you have assigned, the time is taken to complete each project, the status of the project whether it's completed or pending, the reason for that.

How safe is my information?
Your information is totally safe with us and nobody can reach it out not even our virtual assistant.

Are your plans flexible?
Yes, we are flexible. We work with your requirements and also we will provide you a customized plan that will suit your needs. However, you can't change your plan, i.e., upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your payment at any point in time.
